Last month it was my pleasure to be a part of Bianca and Daniel's wedding up in New Plymouth at Okurukuru Winery.

My assistant Sam and I made our way up North a day early, stopping off at my parent's place in Waverley. We set of again Thursday morning and made our way up the West Coast. I love the drive through Taranaki.

The landscapes and natural environment were important aspects of Bianca and Daniel's wedding day. It was important that I made this a key focus. We were so spoilt for choice! In one direction we had flax bushes for a perfect backdrop, we could also see the ocean and the city, and if we turned around we could see Mount Taranaki. I appreciate it when couples share their own ideas with me and let me know what is important to them, it makes their wedding specific and unique.
